Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 to create an account, and under-18s should have a parent or guardian's permission. Children's lists are created and managed by adults — children don't get their own accounts.

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may reclaim or change a username that breaks these rules.
• Give accurate information, especially your email, so we can reach you.

You own the lists, photos, questions and other content you add. You give Giftly permission to store and display it to the people you share it with, only so we can run the service. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Please be kind. Don't use Giftly for harassment, spam, illegal content, or to break anyone's privacy, and don't try to access data that isn't shared with you. Full details are in our Community guidelines.

Gift previews, photos and prices come from third-party shops and may be wrong or out of date. Always check on the shop's site before buying. Giftly doesn't sell products and isn't responsible for any purchase, delivery, or the shop itself.

Giftly doesn't handle payments. Group-gift pledges are just notes — people settle up between themselves. Giftly isn't responsible for any money owed or exchanged.

Secret Santa draws and White Elephant turn orders are randomised by our server. We do our best to keep them fair and secret, but they're for fun — organisers are responsible for running their own events.

Giftly is provided free and "as is". We may change, pause or remove features, and there may be occasional downtime. We'll try to give notice of major changes.

You can delete your account at any time (here's how). We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Giftly isn't liable for indirect losses, lost gifts or surprises spoiled by others, and our total liability is limited to resupplying the service.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
