Delete Your Data
You're always in control. Here's how to remove bits of your data, or everything.
Delete things yourself
- A gift or list: open the list and tap the bin icon.
- An event you organise: open the event and choose Delete event — draws, claims and messages go too.
- A child's profile: open the kid's list and delete it.
- A question you asked: tap Remove under your question.
Delete your whole account
Use our contact form with the email you sign in with. We'll confirm and delete your profile, lists, kids' profiles, events you organise and your messages within 30 days.
Signed in with Apple? You can also stop using Apple sign-in for Giftly in your iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
Get a copy of your data
Send a "Privacy / data request" through our contact form and we'll send you your information in a readable format.
